Friendliest B & B!
Alcohol
Guests 21 years of age and older are permitted to bring their own alcohol. As we do not have a liquor license, we are not permitted to sell or distribute alcohol.
Amenities
If you have forgotten anything, please let us know as amenities are available upon request.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the dining room from 8-9:30. Please let us know what specific time you would like to be served as well as your beverage choice, tea or coffee-regular or decaf so we can be sure it is ready for you.
If you have any allergies or special dietary needs please let us know as soon as possible.
Cancellations
Cancellations inside of 48 hrs will be charged one nights lodging. Cancellations outside of 48 hrs will be charged a $25.00 service charge.
Check- In, Check-Out
Check -in is 4-7pm unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Check-out is at 11am unless other arrangements are made in advance
Children
As we have a child ourselves, behaved children are welcomed. Please remember we do have other guests that may be interested in a quiet getaway.
Concierge Service
Let us know if we can make meal reservations for you, give you directions or set up tee times.
Fax Services
We do have a fax machine. Faxes can be received for 25¢ a page, our fax # is 910-944-8898. We can also send a fax for you the first page $1.00, each additional page is 10¢ up to 20 pages. International faxes are $3.00 for the first page and $1.00 each additional.
Gift Shop
We have just opened our new gift shop and have several unique local items. Check back soon for more information.
Housekeeping
Our housekeeping staff will service your room everyday. In an ongoing effort to help save our precious environmental resources and to keep costs down, for overnight day to day stays, we will only give fresh towels if you have placed your unwanted towels on the floor.
Internet
For your convenience, we offer wireless internet connection free of charge. If you need to use a computer our public library is 2 blocks down Poplar Street and is open from 2-6pm weekdays.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, most debit cards and cash.
Pets
We accept one pet in one of our rooms under 25lbs with an additional $29 per night rate. Please call in advance so we can be certain the room is available.
Phones
We do not offer phone service for out going or incoming calls. In case of an emergency our phone number is 910-944-3300. Kindly remember this is also our business line.
Pricing:
Prices listed on our website are for up to 2 guests per room. If we can accommodate additional guests in a room, there will be an additional charge of $29.00 per night.
Any property damage reported during this stay will be the responsibility of the guest.

Quiet Hours
For everyone’s enjoyment, we ask noise be kept at a minimum from 10pm to 9am.
Smoking
The Inn at the Bryant House is a non-smoking Inn. If you are a smoker, please smoke in designated areas outside only.
Social Hour
Join us for social hour from 5-6pm; generally we offer a non-alcoholic beverage and a homemade appetizer or snack.
